DAY 1:DELHI |
|
Arrival at the International Airport. Meet & greet by
our staff. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: AGRA (After
breakfast at Hotel proceed to Agra 4 hrs drive. On arrival
Check in to Hotel.) |

In early morning after taking breakfast depart to Agra, enroute
visiting SIKANDRA. The noteworthy monuments here is the tomb
of Akbar which show an interesting fusion of Hindu and Muslim
art and architectural reflecting the spirit of the emperor
himself.
AGRA – The world’s most opulent court of the
17th century was once located in Agra, the capital city of
the Mughal emperors under whose reign the city flowered. The
city’s piece de resistance – Taj Mahal is an enduring
symbol of an emperor’s love for his favourite queen.
Agra’s Fort gives one a feeling of space – and
here are pleasure-palaces and mansions, halls of public and
private audience, chambers of business and cloisters of privacy.
The celebration of life at Agra Fort stopped however when
the emperor Shah Jahan was imprisoned in it by his son Aurangzeb.
Afternoon : Sightseeing tour of Agra, visiting TAJ MAHAL
[ built by Shah Jehan for his queen Mumtaj Mahal ], perhaps
the most perfect architectural monument in the World &
the construction of Taj Mahal believed to have taken 22 Years
to complete with over 20,000 craftsmen working round the clock.
AGRA FORT, built by famous mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D.,
the construction is dominated by red sandstone construction.
It houses beautiful pearl mosque and money other noteworthy
structure. where you can ramble around the somewhat unkempt
high walls and wide moat, up and down staircases and through
the palace rooms. From the fine Musamman Burj (octagonal Tower)
there is a wonderful view of the Taj Mahal.

DAY 3 & 4:
JAIPUR(After breakfast at the Hotel proceed to Jaipur
4 hrs drive. On arrival check in to the hotel.) |

Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri the City constructed by Akbar
The Great in 15th century but later abandoned because of scarcity
of water. It has many beautiful Palaces , courtyards,Mosque
of Shaikh Salim chisti,Buland Darwaza(179 meters high Gateway
to the city).
Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan also known as “Pink
city” because of the pink colour painted in the Old
wall city(symbol of gracious Hospitality).It was founded by
Maharaja Jai Singh 2nd the great astronomer and Warrior in
1699.It is also the first city which has well planed structure
and well organized architure. At Jaipur visit Amber Fort (Ride
on elephant back to climb the Fort),Jaigarh Fort (The Massive
hilltop fortress with Asia’s biggest cannon “Jaya
vana”.),Tiger Fort , City Palace Museum(Huge collection
of royal apparels,arms,carpets,paintings and Beautiful Palaces,Galta
ji Temple(dedicated to Sun God),Gaitor (Royal cenotaphs),Albert
hall museum and Sanganer (craftsmen Village).

Day 5: Pushkar
(After breakfast at Hotel proceed to Pushkar 3 hrs drive.

Pushkar drives its name from the Hindu mythology Pushkar
means The Hand of Brahma The creator of the Universe.It is a
very important pilgrimage place for Hindus.People come here
to take bath in the holy lake which purifies the soul and washout
the sins and after the people visit the beautiful temple of
Brhama (only in the world) and other temples to get the blessings
of God.Pushkar is world famous for its Pushkar fair which takes
place in the hindu lunar month of kartika (Normely in November)In
the time of Fair pushkar is adorned with the colours of Rajasthan’s
Culture.

DAY 6 & 7:
Udaipur (After breakfast at Hotel proceed to Udaipur 5
hrs drive.On arrival check in to Hotel.) |

Enroute visiting the massive Hill fortress of Chittorgarh. The
Symbol of Rajput bravery and Women’s sacrifice
Udaipur “The Venice of East” , “The City
of Lakes” is the most romantic city in India.It was
founded by Maharana Udai singh 2nd in 1568.The old city is
bounded by the city wall remains on the east side of Lake
Pichola. At Udaipur visit City Palace, Lake Pichola, Jagniwas
Island( Now Hotel Lake Palace),Jagdish Temple(Dedicated to
Lord Vishnu),Bagore-ki-Haveli(see Traditonal danse of Rajasthan
starts at 19 hrs) ,Monsoon Palace (Sajjan garh formerly Palace
for royal family in Monsoon).

Day 8: Ahmedabad
(After breakfast at Hotel proceed to Ahmedabad 4 hrs drive.

Ahmedabad The principal city of Gujrat,is one of the major Industrial
city of India.
Over the centuries Ahmedabad has had a number periods of grandeur.It
was founded in 1411 by Ahmed Shah. It has number of beautiful
monuments worth to visit like Bhadra Fort & Teen Darwaja,
Jami Masjid, Tombs of Ahmed Shah, Rani Rupmati’s Mosque,
Kanakaria Lake and Many more Magnifique Mosque & temples.

Day 9: BHAVNAGAR
(After breakfast at Hotel drive to Bhavnagar 5 hrs drive.
On arrival check in to Hotel.) |

Excursion to Palitana. Visit the temples atop a hill. The 600m
ascent from the base of the hill is more than 3000 stelps. Over
a period of 900 years, 863 temples have been built here. The
hilltop is dedicated entirely to gods; at dusk, even the priests
depart from the temples. Almost all temples are Jain and this
hill is one of Jainism's holiest pilgrimage places.

DAY 10: DIU |
|
After breakfast, leave for Diu - a Portuguese Colony until 1961.
Diu's crowning glory is the massive fort which was completed
in 1541 by the Portugese. Arrive Diu and check in at prebooked
hotel.

Day free to relax on the beach or explore the island.

DAY 12: SASANGIR(After
breakfast at Hotel Drive to SasanGir 5 Hrs. On arrival
check in to Hotel) |

After breakfast, leave for Sasangir - the home of the Asiatic
lion. The sanctuary covers 1400 sq km and apart from lions,
there are over 30 species of other mammals, including bears,
hynas, foxes and a number of species of deer and antelope.
Note: The sanctuary is closed from 16 June to 15
October.

DAY 14 : SASANGIR |
|
After breakfast, day return excursion to Junagadh
(59 kms) - a town situated right at the base of the temple studded
Girnar Hill. It is a 600m climb up 10,000 stone steps to reach
the summit of the Girnar Hill. Like Palitana, the temple topped
hill is of great significance to the Jains.

DAY 15: WANKANER
(After breakfast at Hotel Drive to Wakaner 5 hrs .On arrival
check in to Hotel.) |

After breakfast, leave for Wankaner. Arrive Wankaner and check
in the palace. The Royal Palace at Wankaner has been converted
into a hotel and is an exotic holiday resort. Rest of the day
free to explore the area in and around the palace.

DAY 16: BHUJ (After
breakfast at Hotel drive to Bhuj 5 hrs . On arrival check

After breakfast, leave for Bhuj. Known as the gateway to the
Kutch, Bhuj is an old walled city with maze like streets and
crenellated gateways. Arrive Bhuj and check in at prebooked
hotel. Afternoon, city tour of Bhuj. Visit the Museum, known
as Fergusson Museum this museum is one of the best museums in
India; Rao Pragmalji's Palace, constructed in the later part
of 19th century of marble and sandstone is imposing and ornate.

DAY 17: BHUJ |

Full day visit to the villages of Kutch region. Each of these
villages specialize in different forms of handicraft. Some of
the crafts that they specialise in include wool and cotton weaving,
Ahir embroidery, block printing & tie-dying. Overnight

DAY 18: BHUJ |
|
Day return excursion to the Little Rann of Kutch which is home
to the last remaining population of Khur (Asiatic Wild Ass)
in India. Return to Bhuj

After breakfast at Hotel board flight for Goa. At Goa Full day
leisure at the romantic beaches of Goa.

Day 22: Goa –
Delhi (After breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to the airport
to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival proceed to a
Mini tour of Old & New Delhi.) |

New Delhi - It is immensely broad and is flanked on either side
by Ornamental ponds. India Gate – This 42 mtr high stone
arch of triumph stands at the eastern end of the Rajpath. It
bears the names of 85,000 Indian Army soldiers who died in the
campaigns of WWI and Afghan fiasco in 1919 Rashtrapati Bhawan
– The official residence of the President of India stands
at the opposite end of the Rajpath from India Gate. Humayun’s
Tomb – Built in the mid – 16th century by Haji Begum,
senior wife of Humayun, the second Mughal emperor, this is an
early example of Mughal architecture. Qutab Minar – This
is a soaring tower of victory, which was started in 1193, immediately
after the defeat of the last Hindu kingdom in Delhi. It is nearly
73 mtr high and tapers from a 15 mtr diameter base to just 2.5
mtr at the top, Bahai’s Temple (Lotus Temple for Meditation
for all religions), Red Fort, Jama Masjid and in the evening
in Shopping complex Connaught Palace for the shopping.

Day 23: Delhi
(After Dinner transfer to International airport for departure
