DAY 02: Delhi - Mandawa (6 H/270 Km)

DAY 03: Mandawa – Bikaner (3H ½/180 Km)

After breakfast a drive to Bikaner by 4x4, one of the oldest cities in Rajasthan. It was founded by Rao Bikaji in 1488. The old city is surrounded by high crenellated walls. The History of Bikaner is full of legends and luxuries. At Bikaner visit the red sandstone fort of Junagarh, Red Palace (Lalgarh Palace), Devi Kund (Royal Cenotaphs), camel breeding farm, beautiful Jain temples, Gajner Wild Life sanctuary and World Famous Karni Mata Temple (Rats Temple).  Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)

DAY 04: Bikaner - Jaisalmer Travel (6 H/325 Km)
After breakfast a drive to Jaisalmer by 4x4 (4 WD). Jaisalmer is a place that only should exist in one’s imagination. This desert city well known as “The Golden City” was founded by Rao Jaisala in 1156. It takes the name of The Golden city from the yellow sandstone used in the construction of forts, palaces, houses and from its sand dunes. DAY 05 : Jaisalmer Travel

Jaisalmer Travel continues. You could visit the massive hill fortress of Sonar Kila (The Golden Fort), Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, Gadi Sagar Lake, Jain temples, Ramdera Temple, Ludharva (the old Capital of Jaisalmer), Kuldehra (an abandoned city), Badabagh (the Royal cremation ground). DAY 6: Jaisalmer - Khimsar (5/295 Km )

DAY 10 : Udaipur

Take an excursion to visit the City Palace, Lake Pichola, Jagniwas Island (now the Lake Palace Hotel), Jagdish Temple (Dedicated to Lord Vishnu). , Monsoon Palace (Sajjan Garh formerly the Palace for the royal family during the Monsoon). DAY 13 Chittorgarh – Bundi (3 H / 110 Km)
After breakfast a drive to Bundi by 4x4 (4 WD). Bundi is a picturesque little town whose medieval heritage remains unchanged. It was the capital of the major princely states in the heyday of the Rajputs. At Bundi visit the massive Taragarh Fort, Chitra Mahal and Umaid Mahal, Nawal Sagar Lake, the beautiful Baoris, Sagar Mahal, Shikar Burj etc. Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)

DAY 14: Bundi - Pushkar (4 H / 200 Km)
After breakfast drive to Pushkar by 4x4 (4 WD). Pushkar derives its name from Hindu mythology. Pushkar means The Hand of Brahma, the creator of the Universe. It is a very important place of pilgrimage for Hindus. People come here to bathe in the holy lake which purifies the soul and washes out the sins. Afterwards the people visit the unique and beautiful temple of Brahma, the only one in the world, and other temples to get the blessings of God. Pushkar is world famous for its Pushkar fair which takes place in the Hindu lunar month of Kartika (normally in November). DAY 15: Pushkar - Jaipur (4 H / 150 kms)
After breakfast take a walking tour of the painted 'havelis' of some of the leading business families of the country. The Chowkhani Haveli, Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli, Lakshminarayan Ladia Haveli, Mohahanlal Saraf Haveli and Bhagchandika Haveli is of special interest. Later on a drive to Jaipur - the fabled "pink city" of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur. Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)

DAY 16: Jaipur

Take an excursion to the Amber Fort by 4x4 (4 WD) on the outskirts of Jaipur. Enjoy a royal elephant ride as you climb up to the fort. The Amber Fort is the classical, romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Later on, go on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur covering: The City Palace, Jantar Mantar and the Hawa Mahal. Visit a rug factory and see the ladies at their intricate work, or a gem factory and see the gem cutting and polishing process. Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)

DAY 17: Jaipur – Ranthambore (3 H ½ / 180 Km)

After breakfast a drive to Ranthambore National Park which is bounded to the north by the Banas River and by the Chambal River in the south. It is named after the historic Ranthambore fortress, which lies within the park. The Park was established as Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary in the year 1955 by the Indian Government and was declared a Project Tiger reserve in the year 1973. It became a National Park in the year 1980 and later in the year 1991 the tiger reserve was enlarged to include Sawai Man Singh & Keladevi sanctuaries, with a total area of 1334 km. DAY 18: Ranthambore

Before breakfast, take Jeep Safari to the Tiger Reserve. Since becoming one of the original areas under Project Tiger, the park has recovered much of its natural beauty and the dry deciduous forest has been restored. Later, visit the Ranthambore Fort, founded in the year 944 by the Chauhan Rajputs after the defeat of the Chauhan king Prithviraj III by Muhammad of Ghori in the year 1192. Led by Govinda Raja, grandson of Prithviraj it became the center of Chauhans, a resistance to the expanding Sultanate of Delhi. Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)

DAY 19: Ranthambore – Agra (6 H / 280 KM)

After breakfast a drive to Agra by 4x4 (4 WD). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri was found after the Mughal Emperor Babur defeated Rana Sanga in a battle at Khanwa (about 40 KM from Agra). Then the Mughal Emperor Akbar wanted to make Fatehpur Sikri his headquarters and built this majestic fort. Afternoon a visit to Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. DAY 20: Agra – Delhi (5 H /240 Km)

After breakfast a drive to Delhi by 4x4 (4 WD). The capital of the Indian Republic has had a strategic position in the administration since the epic of the Mahabharata. It was sacked and looted several times by foreign invaders but it stands still through all the upheavals and troubles. It is the third largest City of India. At Delhi you will visit Jamamasjid, India’s biggest mosque, the Red Fort, built in red sandstone and a blend of Hindu and Islamic architecture, India Gate, Parliament house and the President’s House, Qutab Minar, Bahai Temple (the lotus temple), Humayun’s tomb etc. Overnight at your Hotel (4x4 Vehicle at your disposal)
